This Site uses the following analytics and marketing tools:

Information is sent to these tools from Cloudflare's servers via Cloudflare Zaraz, a tag management service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent beforehand, and information is sent only if they consent.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

An analytics tool provided by Google LLC. Information such as pages viewed, artworks viewed, referrer, and device/browser information is sent and used to analyze site usage. No directly identifying information such as email addresses is sent.

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

An analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Through the Conversions API, Cloudflare's servers send information such as pages viewed, artworks viewed and, when a form is submitted, your email address (hashed on Cloudflare's servers before being sent to Meta), which is used to measure and optimize ad delivery. The email address is sent only when you newly subscribe to the newsletter or submit the contact form, and is never sent to other tools such as GA4.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

A privacy-focused analytics tool provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It measures site performance and usage without using cookies and without identifying individual users.

5. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The forms on this Site (contact form, newsletter signup form, etc.) use "Cloudflare Turnstile," a bot protection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to prevent malicious automated submissions.

When a form is submitted, Turnstile collects information such as the user's IP address, user agent, and characteristics of the browser, hardware, and software, to determine whether the access is from a human or an automated bot. This information is processed by Cloudflare, and this Site itself does not store the data used for this determination.

6. Information Submitted Through Forms

Contact Form

The name, email address, subject and message you submit through the contact form pass through this Site's content management system (running on Cloudflare, Inc.'s servers) and are delivered as an email to an address managed by the artist, via "Resend," an email delivery service provided by Resend, Inc. They are not stored in the content management system's database. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and for any subsequent correspondence.

The email address and language (Japanese/English) you enter when subscribing are stored in the database of this Site's content management system ("Cloudflare D1," provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) and registered in Resend's contact list for delivery. The newsletter is sent through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Resend, Inc. is based in the United States, and the above information may be processed on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. For details, please see the Resend Privacy Policy.

Information is shared with the providers of the above analytics tools, marketing tools, and bot protection services (Google, Meta, Cloudflare, etc.) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Hosting and Email Delivery Service Providers

This Site entrusts site hosting and the operation of its content management system to Cloudflare, Inc., and the sending of contact emails and delivery of the newsletter to Resend, Inc. These providers handle information only within the scope of these services.

9. Data Retention Period

Collected data is stored only for the period necessary for the purposes of use.

Newsletter subscription data: kept for delivery until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe it is no longer used for delivery, and it is deleted promptly upon request
Contact form submissions: kept as received emails for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for subsequent correspondence
Data processed by GA4, Meta Pixel and Resend: follows the policies of each service
